OLIVIA will exchange or refund any item purchased through Online Store.
If you decide to return or exchange the product, it should be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt - Items received outside of this period will not be accepted.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on Earrings.
Please note that we cannot accept cosmetic returns that we believe to have been opened or used.
Cosmetic products must also only be returned in it's original condition - both packaging boxes and actual product unopened.
Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
We do not take responsibility of any items lost in the process of returning to us.
Garments must be in the original condition as purchased with all labels/tickets attached and garments have never been worn.
Earrings are non-refundable or exchangeable for hygienic reasons unless faulty.
Purchases made in OLIVIA offline stores cannot be returned to the online store.
OLIVIA is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
If your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as you discover the fault.
Once we receive the item we will repair, exchange or refund the item, at our discretion, within 5 days of receipt.
Please advise us your preference.
