We hope that you are staying safe and taking care of yourselves during this unsettling time. We want to take this time to update you on the current situation.

Stores:
In response to the government's decision to move back to level 3, all OLIVIA stores will be closed. Until further notice, our stores will remain closed for the well-being of our community. Please note that under level 3, click & collect will be available at this time. We will continuously update you as the situation progresses.

Online:
Our online store will continue to operate 24/7 as per usual. We are able to ship all orders under level 3 restrictions while complying with health & safety guidelines. Please allow some extra time for receiving your order as there may be some delays in processing online orders while our team follows social distancing requirements. We will try our best to get your parcels delivered as soon as possible.

Returns:
Under the current level 3 restriction, returns cannot be made. Returns can be made in-stores once our stores open again. All returns will be extended until the level 3 restrictions are lifted.
