In Store Policy
IN-STORE POLICY
OLIVIA is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If in any case, you are unhappy with your purchase of a full price merchandise, please return or exchange with us within 14 days from the date of purchase, goods must be in the original condition with all labels and tags still attached accompanied with the original receipt.
Please note: Cosmetic products must be returned in their original carton in original packing materials, unopened and unused.
Faulty Products
If products are faulty, we will meet our obligation under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Faulty products can be returned to any OLIVIA store for a repair, replacement, store credit or refund. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase accompanied with proof of purchase. Any items exceeding this period will be deemed as damage from wear and tear by the user.
In the occurrence that the product purchased has a minor fault, we will repair the product to a high-quality finish at our own expense. If that is not possible we will offer you a replacement, store credit or a refund.
All faulty items will be assessed at our Head Office in Auckland for a suitable outcome.
Store Credit & Gift Vouchers
Store Credit and Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Any unused balance will expire after this period.
LAYBY
Items purchased through Layby must be paid in full within 1 month from the date of deposit.
A 30% restocking fee incurs when Layby expires.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
LAYBUY
Items purchased through Laybuy can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. Laybuy products are not eligible to be refunded.
Exceptions to our In-store policy
Our In-store policy does not apply to the following merchandise:
· Final Sale Items
Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned. Products with further reductions are included in the final sale.
· Earrings, hair Pieces
Due to hygiene reasons, Earrings, Hair pieces are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
· Face Masks
Due to health and hygiene reasons, face masks are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
· Cosmetics
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Important information
· OLIVIA is not liable for items that have been damaged from wear and tear.
· Purchases made in-stores cannot be returned to the online store.
· OLIVIA is not responsible for the damage, loss, theft or unauthorised use of gift vouchers.
