• (a) SHOULDER

  Measure from one shoulder tip to the other

• (b) BUST / CHEST

  With arms at sides, measure under the arms around the fullest part of bust and across shoulder blades

• (c) ARM HOLE

   

• (d) TOTAL LENGTH

  Measure from the neckline or top of garment to the bottom hem

• (e) SLEEVE

  Measure from shoulder tip to the cuff

• (f) WAIST

  Measure the slimmest waist part, above the navel and below the ribs

• (g) RISE

  Measure from the top of waistband to crotch

• (h) INSEAM / INSIDE LEG

  Measure from top of inside leg at the crotch to ankle

• (i) THIGH

  Measure the circumference of the fullest part of your thigh

• (j) HIP

  Take the circumference measurement at the fullest part of the hip
